How to book SHIMOSEI; Kyoto Shimogyo Youth Action Center

• You need to book and fill the application form before use.
• Telephone call 075-353-7750, and come to SHIMOSEI, fill the form within 1 week. Otherwise, the reservation will be canceled.
• Come to SHIMOSEI, please ask a worker, and fill the Application Form.※If the room is available on that day, you can use then.

Depend on the age composition of your members, your usage fee and the period you can reserve would be changed.

※SEISHONEN; ’’Youth’’ equal (in Kyoto) the person and people living, studying, or working in Kyoto City who are between the age of 13 and 30. (It is determined by the ordinance of the Kyoto City.) ※Fee will generated by the room.

• Q:I’d like to cancel a reservation cause of sudden errands. Can I cancel it? A:Basically, please make the reservation not to cancel.If you cannot use on the day, please contact us.SEISHONEN-B;Youth-B/IPPAN;others (not youth members)may pay for the usage fee.For more information and details please contact us.
• Q:Our group is made up of members of more than 31 years of age. When we are able to book? A:IPPAN;others (not youth members)can reserve from one month prior to the date you would like to use. E.g. If you use the room November 1st, you can reserve from October 1st.Please be careful of the reservation time before one month is from 13:00 could be accepted.
• Q:When should I pay for the usage of facilities? A:SEISHONEN-B (Youth B)⇒When you submit the application form or on the day that you use.IPPAN (others) (not youth members)⇒ When you submit the application form. Please pay the usage of facilities at that time.
• Q:Our group is made up as below.3 people are 20 years old, one person is 26 years old, and one person is 31 years old. If we useyour facilities, how much does it cost? A:Your group is a type of SEISHONEN-B (Youth B).It is because that 80% of your group composition is constituted by youth. However, the group is composed lots of 23-30 years of age. By such a reason, facility use fee will be paid.
• Q:Could you keep our belongings? A:Please deposit your belongings with the locker on the first floor.
